Job Description

Salary: $122,100 - 162,800 per year Requirements:

  • We require a degree or equivalent background, along with typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • We look for 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, including enterprise-scale system design and delivery.
  • We need hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • We expect strong knowledge of network engineering, including BGP, routing protocols, and network architecture.
  • We require practical experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
  • We need deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and container platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • We look for experience managing infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  • We require a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure programs and resolving complex incidents.
  • We expect experience working within enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Preferred: strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills across cross-functional technical teams.
  • Preferred: experience applying DevOps and SRE practices to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • We define the technical direction for infrastructure initiatives and uphold enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • We oversee delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs aligned with business objectives.
  • We own network capacity planning, with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • We act as the escalation point for critical incidents and drive complex troubleshooting across infrastructure environments.
  • We advance infrastructure automation, orchestration, and reliability engineering practices.
  • We develop and enforce governance frameworks for SLAs, OLAs, and security/compliance requirements.
  • We assess emerging technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen infrastructure capabilities.
  • We take on additional duties as needed to support company goals.
