Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors, masters, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a relevant Psychology discipline; a masters or PhD is preferred, or equivalent training.
• We need 2–4 years of experience in mixed-methods research.
• We look for 1–2 years of experience collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying user experience opportunities.
• We require 1–2 years of experience in UX benchmark-style research.
• We need 1–2 years of experience in project management, including organizing and planning.
• We require 1–2 years of qualitative research experience alongside quantitative skills for a balanced research approach.
• We expect hands-on experience with Excel.
• We value experience using AI, including knowing how to validate outputs and ask effective prompts.

• We research user experience across local, regional, or national markets to better understand satisfaction, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• We identify research questions and plan studies using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• We collaborate with user research, design, product management, marketing, applied science, and engineering teams to study audience opinions and feature feedback.
• We develop and assess data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, unmoderated testing, and other available datasets.
• We collect competitive intelligence to understand the market landscape, user perceptions, and experience patterns.
• We measure the effectiveness of current and proposed in-product experiences.
• We report key findings and help guide product improvements.
