Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation
• Experience designing enterprise data architectures, including CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting
• A player-coach approach, with the ability to both shape architecture and create or review Data Cloud configurations and SQL-based calculated insights
• Salesforce ecosystem experience across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is preferred
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is preferred
• Exposure to AI/ML within customer data platforms is preferred
• Industry experience in media, sports, financial services, or consumer goods is preferred
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Data 360 Consultant certifications are preferred

• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
• Create scalable data models, governance approaches, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines
• Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms
• Develop and refine Tableau dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insight
• Define analytics strategies aligned to client priorities such as customer 360, marketing performance, and sales intelligence
• Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams on pre-sales activities, demos, and RFP responses to advance opportunities
• Serve as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap, acting as the senior technical point of contact for 1-2 strategic accounts
• Build reusable accelerators and solution frameworks to improve future pursuits
• Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts, while contributing to thought leadership within our Data Cloud practice
