As a member of this team, you will start on a manageable 2-3 day clinical schedule with the opportunity to expand to full-time as your patient volume and referral base grow. This practice invests heavily in mentorship, marketing, and referral development, giving you the tools and support to build a thriving surgical practice from day one. This position is open to new grads along with experienced Oral Surgeons alike who are eager to grow.
