We are seeking a skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a highly successful, 40+ year established practice in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a turnkey, high-volume surgical practice with immediate patient demand and exceptional lifestyle balance. • Strong Referral Base : Robust, multi-decade GP referral network across Northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula.
• State-of-the-Art Facility : 3 fully equipped modern operatories with integrated digital workflows, Dolphin Imaging, and Open Dental EHR.
• High Earning Potential : Established production of $15,000 to $18,000 per clinical day
• Flexible Practice Model : Traditional partnership track, equity, or associateship offered with flexible supplemental/fly-in schedule (minimum 4 days/month, ideal 10–16 days/month)
