Home Maid Better has been cleaning homes across Oklahoma City for over 10 years. We have 400+ five-star Google reviews, and our customers request their cleaners by name. We're growing, and we need good people.

No experience? We'll train you and pay you while we do it.

Already experienced? If you're a seasoned cleaning professional, team lead, trainer, or field manager... we want to talk!

What you'll do:

Clean 2–4 homes per day across the OKC metro using our room-by-room system. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, the full treatment. You'll work solo or with a partner. We provide all supplies and equipment. You bring reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Typical day: first home around 8 AM, wrap up between 4–5 PM, Monday through Friday.

What we pay; no surprises:

• $16/hr starting, paid training, no experience needed
• $18/hr after 90-day evaluation
• $20–$22/hr for experienced, proven performers, already in leadership positions. <--- Come see us for more details!

• Paid drive time between homes!

No cleaning experience required. We train you.
