Build, Move, Create: What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll play a critical role in producing specialty steel products used across major industries. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll gain valuable experience operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting production operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting steel manufacturing and production operations
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Learning to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided)
• Performing grinding, finishing, packaging, and machine operation tasks
• Conducting quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Working alongside a skilled team committed to safety and production excellence

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

• Manufacturing or production environments
• Construction or skilled labor positions
• Warehousing and material handling
• Steel mills, foundries, or industrial facilities
• Equipment operation and mechanical work
• Hand and power tool usage

Bonus Skills:

• Forklift experience
• Overhead crane experience
• Blueprint or work-order reading
• Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment

Schedule

Full-Time 12-Hour Swing Shifts

• Consistent full-time hours
• Frequent overtime opportunities

The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $50000.00/yr.
