BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-established residential community in Hilliard, OH. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a thriving apartment community.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property. This includes responding to resident service requests, preparing apartments for new move-ins, maintaining community grounds, and assisting with HVAC and pool maintenance as needed.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, customer service oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities throughout the workday.
